Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, CostAccounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition? Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts andreport variances? Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements? Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting? Research technical accounting issues for compliance? Support month-end and year-end close process? Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting? Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reportingrequirements and tax filings? Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintainand strengthen internal controls? Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.? Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal auditstatements.? Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effectiveimplementation and monitoring of controls.? Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures inaccordance with local and international best practice.? Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.? Overall supervision of planned annual audits.? Strategic initiatives ? Lead important strategic initiatives mandated by theenterprise.? Partner with business leaders to support the development of business strategies.Types of initiatives we drive include market entry strategy, growth strategy, andportfolio strategy.?
