And our passion is shaping and evolving ? with every step we take ? the public relations industry and what we can accomplish.The Finalzier is responsible for the design and layout, photo editing and manipulation, and final production of work created within the agency, including (but not limited to) print, OOH, collateral pieces, websites, banners, online content, television storyboards and radio scripts, client and new business presentation decks, and internally produced documents and books.Major Responsibilities/Primary FunctionsGraphic design and layout to create visual solutions that work with overarching brand or campaign conceptsPhoto editing, manipulation, and compositingFinal mechanical builds of creative concepts to match vendor and production specificationsWork closely with fellow staff to implement direction and changesQC and troubleshoot as neededWorks within departmental and agency best practices for file construction and storageManual skills, such as mounting and trimming of presentation boards, book binding, wall wraps, and other tactile functionsMaintenance of department machines, resources, and workspaceQualificationsBachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or Advertising preferred2-5 years previous production and print design experience preferredAdvanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite requiredSensitive to creative process, and able to work within creative mandatesA proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employeesExceptional attention to detail with exceptional organizational skillsAbility to follow through in delivering time-sensitive documents and advertising materialsJob LocationFinalizerLebanon, Bayrut, LebanonFull-time
