Job Description

A regional company in Lebanon is looking to expand its footprint in Lebanon by expanding its current operations. Our business development team is seeking an experienced Joint Field Coach who will be an exceptional addition to the sales force.The right person for this role is passionate about people and wants to grow their career in sales.WHAT YOU?LL DO

  • Train the sales force with the needed sales techniques in order to generate business with existing and new clients that could benefit from our services.
  • Guide the sales force (existing and newly recruited managers and agents) into the market.
  • Expand the companys sales operations within Lebanon.
  • Coach and provide feedback to the sales force regarding their sales.
  • Report the joint field activities to the Business Development manager.
