A leading company in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia is urgently hiring Human Capital Recruitment Specialist, Job Level Executive Director / Senior Director.

Develop and implement a human resource development program in collaboration with the CEO and the Executive Team.
Develop and implement all Recruitment Modules and Talent Acquisition.
Should be involved in planning & implementing recruitment for mega construction projects.
Develop & implement Recruitment departmental KPIs with a clear Performance Management and Control System.
Participate in the strategy development initiative.
Conduct due diligence and change management process for the organization at an early stage of full acquisition (Full transformation process).
Lead the growth of the company.
Monitor all recruitment activities.
Lead the development of yearly recruitment and administration budget for all operating projects.
Lead the implementation of ERP Projects.
Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals &�HR Executives that are supporting a Real-Estate company as per KPI.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for every position To develop and control the KPI process of recruitment agencies.
Maintain agency replacement staff cost tracking.
Update the agency contract in line with market stands Registering competent recruitment agencies through due diligence through the procurement department.
Prepare the�Weekly management report (White Collar and Blue Collar) with Open position status against
