Provides administrative support to the CEO requiring an advanced knowledge of department functions, divisions, and business unit functions.
Helps in HR related matters.
Manages all internal and external communications as requested, including calls, meetings, e-mails, letters and correspondences in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
Responsible for heavy calendar management, coordination of meetings, and travel arrangements.
Creates presentations, meeting minutes, action item follow up, monthly reporting, etc. Excellent use of Excel spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint presentations, outlook and others.
Responsible for providing overall clerical support as necessary, including filing, faxing, copying, and all other administrative duties
Assists on creating and managing communications and documents that may contain highly confidential information. The position will require excellent discretion and judgment in handling of confidential material and information.
Maintains databases for the office of the CEO.
Prepares and creates purchase orders as needed for all payables to vendors.
Communicates with Executive staff and all levels of personnel inside and outside of the company to gather and convey information pertaining to CEO?s office and responsibilities.
Reviews and prioritizes activities, takes action, and escalates critical matters.
Refers routine matters to appropriate parties for action and follows up to ensure proper disposition.
