Job Description

System Administration:

  • Liaises with other team members to resolve operational issues within agreed SLA
  • Creates user names, roles, and security and distribute rights.
  • Provides documentations of all security changes, menus and roles and places them on the shared folder.
System Enhancement:
  • Executes ERP enhancement projects?
  • Ensures adequate testing for all changes conducted on the ERP
  • Administers documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP system users
  • Assists in DR simulations and archiving activities
Data Integrity:
  • Ensures integrity of data between JDE and all Business Applications
