The ideal candidate will prepare bill of quantities, specifications, and contract/tender documents. The position holder is also responsible for analyzing tenders from various contractors and recommending in the selection of the same.Responsibilities:? Prepare tender documents for clients that includes the bill of quantities, specifications, contract conditions, final design etc for the client?s review? Support the Senior QS in providing inputs to the proposals department during submission of proposals? Develop a thorough understanding of owner/client design requirements prior to the commencement of any design project; coordinate with the Senior QS and other architects & engineers for further clarifications on design requirements? Support the design department in the preparation of final design through providing regular inputs on materials, costs etc? Attend to the client?s feedback on tender documents and incorporate the client?s feedback? Assisting in floating the tender for the client? Attend meetings with the client that include both pre-tender and post-tender meetings? Prepare and review the Tender Evaluation Report? Monitor the project progress/target and ensure completion of projects as planned
