With over 3 Million captive viewers watching over 3,000 hours of premium?entertainment across its publishers and channels, the group hopes to lead a 3.0 Arab media?market, poised for international growth.?JOB SUMMARY?The Moz Media editorial team is responsible for curating our Film & TV content to match?different audiences, establish and drive the company?s deeply Arab 2.0 tone of voice and?high level communications. At the crossroads between Entertainment, Inbound Marketing?& Business Communications, this team is central to Moz Media?s broader strategic mission?to effectively package and distribute content across wider Middle Eastern audiences in a?culturally relevant vision capable of crossing borders.?MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES?As Editor in Chief, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth of the business by?supporting distribution strategies and consumer experience through the development and?execution of communication plans and strategies across channels.Being Film & TV distributors at heart, we see crucial value in capturing the essence of what?makes Middle Eastern culture relevant, positive and exciting through creative content and?disruptive storytelling. It is through these core values that you?ll be expected to play a role?in creating a demand for content you can only watch on Cinemoz and all Moz Media?channels.??? Creative Narrator?Creatively, our goal on the editorial team is to build internal and external communication?campaigns that drive earned media and social conversation. The leader will manage media?relations, develop creative communications, and work with producers and talent to execute?a creative vision. He or she will need to have impeccable taste, vision for how to stand out?from the crowded streaming space, and a strong instinct for ideas that will get consumers?talking. In addition to building a unique Moz Media voice, the successful Editor Chief will?be a thought-partner to our content, publicity, and marketing teams.??? Leadership Agent:?In this capacity, the Editor in Chief also plays a mentorship role to key communications?personnel, sharpening their skills, offering assistance in complex tasks, and essentially?grooming them to take up the position of director in the future.??? Strategy and Analytics:?As Editor in Chief, you?ll be responsible for the formulation of a business-wide?communication strategy that apply form the top down; all the way from the CEO and other?top executive leaders within the business. This is to ensure that every department in the?business plays an ambassadorship role to the organization in the course of content creation?or outward communications.??? Building Relationships:?Our Editor in Chief is also tasked with building relationships within and without the?business. The Director establishes meaningful relationships internally across the business?and externally with consumers and media personnel leading to an increased generation of?content in the media, consumer forums, and on social media platforms. This in turn leads to?audience segmentation and promotes measurable action.??? Versatile Collaborations:?You?ll be expected to be highly collaborative and work cross-functionally with numerous?departments of the business. In an executive capacity, you?ll partner with other directors in?the business, the CEO, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Original Content and key?stakeholders including high level investor relations.
