Job Description

Level of Responsibility The CRM is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relation with clients. He/ she is supposed to master the service very well in order to propose it to potential clients and answer all questions in a professional manner.The CRM is responsible for keeping records about clients? contacts, interventions? findings, schedules, complaints, satisfaction rate etc. He/ She is responsible to follow on key performance indicators calculation and evaluation.Level of Communication

  • Internal Communication: with dispatcher and BPM office members
  • External Communication: with all individual clients and committees
  • Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
  • Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets.
  • Providing offers regarding home maintenance
  • Explaining FIX (Home Maintenance) services to customers
  • Negotiate with client for efficient services delivery at profitable fees
  • Sending Proposal by mail and/or WhatsApp, following up to close the deal
  • Sending agreement to be signed
  • Discussing with the accounting department dues collections
  • Fill request on software, in addition to client data
  • Registering of work orders for dispatcher and FM Engineer to schedule a site visit / preventive maintenance, once the payment has been settled
  • Checking site visit date on software and communicating it with client (Rescheduling is possible upon client and/or FM Engineer requests)
  • Preparing and Sharing Condition report along with its pictures with client (if any intervention was done)
  • Receive the quote from the chief technical engineer and share it with the client, if any
  • Responsible for ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization
  • Responsible for maintaining records about each and every intervention
  • Perform other related duties as required
