Job Description

Trust Compass Insurance is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor, an individual who will work together with sales and?operations?on providing our customers with?superior customer experience.?The role is responsible for?developing,?implementing,?and executing strategies?to continuously improve customer experience and high customer satisfaction.??The day to day job will be?to?monitor the?interaction?the?customers?have?with?our company,?from navigating?the website to?social media and?talking to customers; analysing the information received and?translating?it in business requirements. The role will be?participating?in all major processes involving customer, representing?customer?s needs and concerns, ultimately ensuring positive customer experience.??The duties involve:?

  • Resolves?product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.?
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.?
  • Maintains accurate records and documents?on?all customer service activities and discussions.?
  • Develops customers? loyalty programs.?
  • Conducts?customer satisfaction survey and takes?improvement measures.?
  • Keeps ahead of industry?s developments and applies best practices to areas of improvement.?
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.?
  • Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time?limits?and follows up to ensure resolution.?
  • Monitors?Online Sales, Inquiries, Complaints, and Claims through company website.?
  • Conducts?workshops and trains?employees on communication and customer service.?
