Job Description

As the Customer Service Agent, you will be working within our call centre environment, receiving inbound calls from our customer and doing outbound calls to our delivery drivers?As the first point of customer support key responsibilities will include:?

  • Be responsible for offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service
  • Giving update to customer on their shipment using our dashboard
  • Conflict resolution with customer if any issues appears
  • Outbound call with driver ensuring they are carrying their delivery according to our standard as well as helping them when facing difficulties delivering the shipment?
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for identifying the customer?s needs using appropriate questioning, listening skills to offer appropriate solutions
  • Working on a computer and using our in house systems to be able to provide the best customer service
