Job Description

We are looking for a credit risk professional to join our credit risk team. This exciting opportunity will bring you the chance to be one of the founding members of the team and you will be able to shape the domain alongside other founding members! You will be responsible for a number of things that will require a combination of hands-on work paired with strategic thinking.Job Requirements:

  • Improving Flow48?s credit risk assessment tool and rating model which is already quite developed but still needs improvement
  • You will be a key contributor to developing Flow48s credit risk management in order to accommodate our growth and risk aspirations (incl. risk appetite, credit risk policies, and decision-making frameworks, limit setting and monitoring, and internal controls)
  • You will be an integral part of a team with product managers and engineers by helping to develop state-of-the art credit solutions for our customer base;
  • Developing, back testing, and improving risk management and controlling tools;
  • Evaluating and building effective data inputs from internal and external data sources for automating and improving credit decisions, monitoring, and reporting;
  • Ensuring adequate controls, monitoring, and testing programs are in place;
  • Supporting the implementation and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for the credit risk management system in all relevant markets and segments;
