A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Cost Controller.Main Duties:

Responsible for calculating costs of all food and beverage items and planning for pricing aspects.
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for food and beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
Update and maintain receipts by using OMEGA system.
Update at all times the costing of all menu items of all F&B outlets.
Check and verify systems transactions and operations.
Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that costs are within specified budget.
Study continuously all F&B weaknesses and provide suggestions for improvements.
Submit monthly F&B Report for management review.
Coordinate with F&B outlets manager to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.
Count, weigh, and measure items of incoming orders to verify information versus invoices, orders, bills or other records and examine them to ensure they meet required specifications.
