Job Description

  • In charge of cross ocean import and export of raw material, food ingredients and machineries
  • Initiating all kind of inspection of material exportation to Africa
  • Searching on internet for new suppliers for raw material
  • Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs
  • Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
  • Identifying potential suppliers contacting existing suppliers, building and maintaining good relationships with them
  • Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
  • Negotiating rates, scheduling, tracking, monitoring shipments and ensuring proper documentation
  • In charge of all banks related correspondence, preparing and checking LC, organizing payment depending on agreements done with suppliers
