Work directly with clients: Answering questions, providing information and solving problems or errors.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special requests via mail or phone. Receiving and processing requests.
Follow up on contract forms, Addendums, Amendments, update change of Client forms.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Collect premiums and manages payments, and/or arrange for billing.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to his superior for further investigation.
Coordinating customers? service requirements with other appropriate departments either internally or externally as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
Investigate and Study current clients? policies and products offering in order to solicit sale of AA?s services on new or additional policies.
Recommend to superiors improvements in service and future needs of the clients.
Take charge of ALL the Implementation process directly after signing the ASA stage.
Perform sales and customer training sessions whenever asked by his superior.
Follow Operation inquiries regarding clients and cases and prompt reporting to superior as needed.
Make sure to properly communicate case information between Operation and Clients.
Answer clients and/or AA team calls and urgent emails whenever necessary after˙working hours
