Work closely with the CEO in setting and driving the Hospital?s vision, operational strategy, and workforce needs.
Oversee the Hospital?s operational units in order to enhance their efficiency and elevate patient satisfaction.
Work with the Finance team to monitor costs and pricing of services so as to ensure affordability and sustainability
Work with the IT team to advance automation and digitization
Work with the HR team to ensure effective and appropriate talent acquisition and management
Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed with the CEO
Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
Manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the Hospital achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Monitor and track performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare actionable reports
Maintain and build trusted relationships with other UMCs, donors, ministry officials
