Job Description

Aim of the Job: In-charge of all the Company?s accounting proceduresReports to Chief Financial OfficerSupervises Accounting TeamJob Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting team
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
  • Monitor and mentor junior staff and bookkeepers
  • Detect and address potential non-compliance issues
  • Maintain constant communication with sister companies, related parties, and the Company?s external auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets
  • Coordinate both interim and annual audits with the Company?s external auditors
  • Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations as well as ?nancial statements for use by management
  • Responsible for daily, monthly and yearly transactions reconciliation
  • Develop key financial models
  • Consistently analyze ?nancial data and present ?nancial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual ?nancial statements
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Managing and monitor all aspects of company accounts receivable and payable
  • Participate in financial audits of the group clients
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal compliances
  • Ensure that existing ?nance guidelines and related administrative procedures are adhered to
  • Being a key point of contact for our sister companies on accounting matters
