Chief Accountant

Responsible for overseeing the accounting operations.
Handle the full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role such as AR, AP, and GL.
Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
Ensure timely reconciliation of fixed assets, banks, suppliers and clients? accounts
Perform a full set of accounts and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Responsible for preparing financial reports including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis.
Responsible for the coordination of the year-end audit.
Responsible of the Fiscal Declarations, VAT, Tax Returns and Social Security.
Coordinate with banks, legal and tax advisors, and tax authorities.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.
Provide support and training for accounting staff as required
Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements.
