Job Description

  • Helps the sous chef and?head chef?in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
  • Plans and executes menus
  • Follows the directions of the executive and sous chef
  • Suggests new ways of presentation of dishes
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensures adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
  • Prepares ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
