Job Description

A Reputable Catering Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Cashier.Main Duties:

  • Collect payments by accepting from customers cash and makes change accurately.
  • Check for correct pricing and items in order to make work more organized and flawless.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service while processing orders.
  • Assist with all needed work preparation and other tasks as work demand.
  • Keep the area of work organized and clean all time.
  • Answer customer queries about pricing, discounts, refund policies, coupons, and gift cards.
  • Help in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell for all offered items.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a work shift.
  • Work collaboratively with the all the team to ensure smooth operation environment.
