Job Description

Green Light Canada, a Toronto-based immigration company expanding to Lebanon.Were˙looking for call center representatives to join our customer service teamThe job duties include:

  • Call customers to offer new products or programs
  • Take customer calls and provide support for their inquiries
  • Offer assistance to clients who may be having issues and pass them on to the correct departments, as needed
  • Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization
  • Help train new employees
Training provided to selected candidates.We provide a basic salary plus a competitive commission.The average salary is 2000$
