Job Description

Technical Support:

  • Liaises with other team members to resolve operational issues within agreed SLA.
System Enhancement:
  • Rolls out and deploy business applications builds.
  • Carries out and report root cause analysis on recurrent issues.
  • Ensures adequate testing for all changes conducted on all applications
  • Administers documentation and procedures guidelines.?
  • Assists in DR simulations and archiving activities
Data Integrity:
  • Ensures integrity of data between all Business Applications and the ERP.
