Responsible for the project implementation, primary analysis of client requirements
Defining the client business requirements and preparing the reports (BRDs), and then getting sign-off of the BRDs
Providing system training to clients. Conducting QA onsite for new development/modifications related to the project
Troubleshooting and helping users in their day-to-day operations during go live phases
Establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients by communicating and responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner
Working with clients to refine, prioritize and schedule all the technical assistant requests (TARs)
Following up with the project manager /development manager on the timely resolution of the TARs
Helping secure client approval on the specification reports. Applying business knowledge to the application and providing necessary information to support the Product Management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Business/Commerce/Banking/Audit/Finance from a reputable institute
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Banking, Auditing, Investment or Finance
Experience in technology consulting services for the banking industry would definitely be a plus.
