Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for: ? Checking on monthly basis the Enclosures, UPSs, and Variable Air Volumes.? Checking on daily basis the Cold Rooms, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units.? Prepares the work schedule of Variable air volumes, exhausts and Variable Regulator Volumes? Controlling the Variable Air Volumes and the Air conditioning status in outlets, rooms and meeting rooms? Monitoring and Controlling the BMS and Fire Alarm computers? Performing related duties and special projects as assignedIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Technical or bachelor degree? Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar operation
