Job PurposeTo perform the needed risk and compliance tasks and assist in developing reports and updates on the progress of implementing controls.Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):Within delegated authority and under the direct supervision of the Risk and Compliance Advisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:?Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the Risk Management and Compliance unit (RMCU)?Response to the donors requests and report and update the risk management section in the donors proposals and narratives.?With the coordination of the head of the unit, prepare annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly risk and compliance reports and updates on the progress of implementing controls.?Draft ad-hoc and review progress reports and thematic reports if required.?Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.?Deliver Anti-Fraud Anti-Corruption (AFAC) training sessions.?Act as a focal point in the corporate risk system (R2) and follow up in implementing and closing all agreed actions and recommendations.?Support the RCA with all the internal and external audit exercises by liaising with all the related units.?Perform other related duties, as required.
