Job Description

Summary:We are looking for a motivated architect with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience to join us full time. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and capable of showing initiative, as well as able to work in a team and independently.What the role includes:

  • Tracking progress and quality of projects by going on site visits, and ensuring that time frames agreed with clients are respected
  • Handling small projects from beginning to end with a team of sub-contractors
  • Quantity take-off, drawing reviews, specifications & BOQ prior to sending them to contractors
  • Preparation of drawings and documents for tender phases
