Job Summary:Provides necessary technical support relating to system-level software and other applications.Duties/Responsibilities:-Detects and avoids any malfunctioning of applications or software systems and analyzes necessary software requirements-Participates in the research and planning of system application needs to visualize any problems for users and/or introduce enhancements-Participates in planning for installation of the new applications and/or system software as well as implementation and/or changes in those existing-Researches, suggests and implements modifications to current software and correct errors which may then help in adapting new or upgrading existing applications and interfaces-Supports in upgrading interfaces by helping in updating applications based on needs/requirements-Provides assistance to users on the functionality and use of various software applications-Leads application installation and/or upgrades projects and interacts with users with regards to the project status and progress and solve technical issues if any-Prepares and maintains reports for each and every project handled-Provides training to the users regarding any upgraded systems and applications
