The main task of the administrative employee is to interact with the customers (hospitals) and helping them.Hospitals:

Prepare quotations based on request received from hospitals
Prepare daily operations schedule received by our sales and hospitals and follow time scheduling for each operation
Inform the store department with the surgeries being scheduled to prepare the required implants and sets to be delivered to the hospitals
Receive the implants from the technician containing �the items used during the operations
Receive the report of items used also from store �
Upon invoicing compare between the items listed in the technicians and store reports
Send the final invoice to the hospital

Suppliers:

Before arrival of the shipment sent to the broker the needed shipping documents to prepare the custom declaration and IRI File inspection
Follow up Arrival shipment plus follow up with forwarder due payment
Follow up with broker for inspection in addition follow up IRI certificate if issued
Med import file with all implants required to be uploaded on the MOH med import site�
Scaned all documents signed by MOH for Accounting department
Preparing the complete file signed by MOH copy for accounting department for archiving�
