Job Description

As an Ad Operations Associate - you will be responsible for setting up an online campaign on various platform, uploading creative, quality checks, and reviewing and approving advertiser creative materials. Troubleshooting on all technical aspect during campaign delivery. You will coordinate with various teams like Creative, Account managers, Finance for campaign setup and management.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Traffic, Manage and be responsible for all campaigns from start to completion on CM360
  • Verifying and approving the advertising creative material provided by the Client.
  • Assist the Client Services team in understanding and conveying?Operational?aspects of campaign inclusive of all technical aspects- tag, floodlights and page troubleshooting
  • Upload the creative material on the ad-server
  • Troubleshoot the malfunctioned creative, trackers
  • Direct communication with different teams like Account Management, Ad delivery, Campaign Management for campaign performance.
  • Active participation in Team Meetings and innovative approach towards day to day tasks
