InterContinental Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Officer. Overlooking the Mediterranean, the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel, Beirut is situated along the famous boardwalk, Corniche a few minutes from the citys business and banking district, and the ever lively and entertaining city center. The Phoenicia Intercontinental with 446 rooms and suites and 33 apartments, along with 5 F&B outlets, and one of the largest banquet facilities in Lebanon.As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will responsible for: ? Transferring all checked A/R charges/credits to their respective accounts? Preparing daily A/R reconciliation and forwarding it to Financial Controller for approval? Preparing daily discounts to entitled staff? Supporting A/R Supervisor in reconciling C/L accounts? Preparing daily billing of charges for each credit card establishment? Answering guest correspondence/ queries by printing vouchers required, folios, credit card vouchers? Following-up on discrepancy notes with concerned Department headsIdeally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? A Bachelor Degree in General Business or Accounting? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills? Self-directed, motivated and results-driven approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines
