???????I.???????????JOB SUMMARYThe accountant will be handling accounting entries.?????II.???????????DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare all accounting entries
Follow up on payables and receivables
Produce monthly statements of AP/AR, top 10, aging report, income statement
Assist in the preparation of end of month/year closing (depreciations, deferred expenses, accrual?)
Prepare invoices and keep accurate clients? files
Assist in the stock management and stock count
Perform cash and petty cash reconciliation
Other tasks as required by the manager
