Development Representative shall be responsible for adding new accounts into existing business portfolio by utilizing his/her PR with telecom operators. The incumbent shall be responsible for achieving targets increasing revenues and margins with current partners and securing new business leads. From new agreements to building a business case, the AM will get support from Manager Messaging Business and all supporting departments to streamline the process of new business development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Listing of Operators, MVNOs, LDIs and considerable aggregators by region
Develop customer and industry networks in the region as part of the global team strategy
Penetrate and pursue opportunities for growth with new and existing clients
Add value by generating more profitable traffic volume, revenues, and profitability through proactive account management of assigned customer relationships and partnerships
Accountability and responsibility for maintaining and growing business as per assigned targets
Forecasting revenues and margins growth with each client for upcoming quarter and next year as per market trends for destination
Developing at least 1 new profitable destination for the quarter
Negotiate buying and selling rates to maximize profitability
Work closely with other functional support departments to review progress/problems and ensure follow-through on margin tracking and reporting issues
Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management
Attend sales conference for relationship building with clients
