Job Description

Were˙#hiring˙a part time Accountant Manager in Beirut.˙You will be charged with assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing as a part of our team. This includes the accounting for our companys transactions. This job will also help with the preparation of fluctuation studies for income and balance sheet accounts, as well as account reconciliations.Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, file invoices.
  • Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Reconcile accounts with general ledger.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to ensure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.
  • Ultimately, own the monthly reporting package submission for an entity (end to end).
