Job Summary We are looking for a skilled 3D renderer & visualizer to work within the architectural and design team in delivering Architectural Design Visualization to generate solid and surface 3D models, renderings, animations and presentations.In this role, you will be required to meet with manager to discuss design concepts, develop product designs, creating 3D models of products, and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.To ensure success, you should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD, 3d Max, V ray, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail. You must be a creative problem solver with additional experience in modeling, texturing.You will be responsible for creating 3D stills from start to finish. You must have outstanding teamwork skills and flexibility adapting to different workflows and project requirements.Responsibilities:?????????Meeting with architects, designers to discuss design ideas.?????????Developing designs from scratch.?????????Presenting rough design drafts for approval.?????????Provide efficient modeling and converting data sets from CAD or other packages.?????????Work on Architectural 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, and Camera Animation, Rendering on visuals and walk-through projects.?????????Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape Visuals and animation using V Ray.?????????Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.?????????Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.?????????Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.?????????Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.?????????Completing job reports.
