Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the clinic. This position is responsible for comprehensive P&L reporting, financial analysis, and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial management within medical facilities, particularly those specializing in cosmetic surgery and dermatology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • P&L Management: Oversee full Profit & Loss management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
  • Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the clinics growth objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and internal controls, while facilitating external audits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinic management and the Apparel Group to align financial practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in medical facilities, particularly in aesthetic or dermatology practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations within the healthcare sector.
  • Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
