At FuelBuddy, we aim to offer our clients complete control over their fuel consumption with digitised solutions. We intend to establish a transparent energy management system to tackle problems faced in procuring and storing fuel. Finance Manager (Dubai)Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with 5 7 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company in Dubai.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct regular financial forecasting and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and implement strategies to optimize working capital.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and cost optimization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in financial regulations in Dubai.
Qualifications:
  • Certified chartered Accountant is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 5 - 7 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
