Job Description

Job Role: Housekeeping AttendantResponsibilities:Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as per hotel standards.Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, polish fixtures, and mop floors.Replenish supplies such as toiletries, minibar items, and stationery.Inspect rooms for maintenance needs or safety hazards and report to the supervisor.Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.Support laundry operations when required.Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.Skills & Qualifications:Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not always required).Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.Good communication and customer service skills.Physical stamina to handle long shifts and manual tasks.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
