JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop and Implement Companys AI Vision and Strategy in alignment with overall business objectives .Develop long term and short term AI Strategies.Lead the AI team including Hiring, Coaching and mentoring team membersCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize AI Use cases and Projects.Stay up to date on the latest developments in AI and incorporate them into the companys strategy and operations.Manage the AI budget and resources , ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetMonitor and report on the performance of the AI projects and initiatives, making adjustments as neededEnsure that the company AI practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.Continuously evaluate and improve the AI team, Processes and technologies to stay ahead on the Industry.Strong Analytical and Problem solving SkillsShould be able to effectively communicate with stake holders at all levels of the organization including stake holders, business heads and customers.Experience in leading the AI Teams , a Strong technical back ground in AI and Machine learning. Excellent communication and leadership skills and a deep understanding of the business and industry.
