The Guest Service Supervisor oversees the guest services team to ensure a high standard of customer care, guest satisfaction, and smooth front desk operations. They act as a leader for the front office staff, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff and guest services team.Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.Monitor and manage reservations, room allocations, and billing processes.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.Prepare reports related to guest feedback, complaints, and service standards.Enforce hotel policies and procedures related to guest services.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.Proven experience in front office or guest services within the hospitality industry.Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is desirable.
