Accountable for:

Ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, policies, procedures and terms of approval (post-approval
only).
Establishing, maintaining & cancelling credit limits as per approved credits terms & conditions.
Populating & maintaining relevant portfolio elements such as facility risk rating & classification.
Ensure credit documentation coverage & validity.
Preparation of all Credits Reports requested by Central Bank, High Management & Financial Control?etc
Manage The Automated Facilities Classification System
Monitor data quality & data cleans up.
Prepare statistics, comparisons studies with other Banks, Interest Rate Studies?etc

Key Roles:

Check physical completeness of credit package.
Open a file to the client & prepare a summary of the facilities & conditions granted to complete work
procedures.
Save contracts & documents as administrative instructions for easy reference when necessary.
Ensure preparation of required credit reports to Central Bank & provide other regulatory reports to the
concerned authorities in a timely manner.
Ensure inputting & managing credit limits & approved terms & conditions in the system (CLM & operating
systems).
Ensure limits related adjustments such as allocation & sub-allocation.
Manage & follow up facilities classification system, issue all reports needed to Central Bank & make the
transactions to reflect the classification results on the accounting system.
Maintain & updating Blacklists customers
Preparation of all statistics, analysis, presentations related to corporate banking sector.
