Job Description

Logistics ExecutiveWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or supply chain management and a strong interest in sustainability and environmental practices.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily logistics for waste collection and disposal.
  • Monitor vehicle routing, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Liaise with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of waste volumes, transport documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Address operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor?s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, preferably within the waste management or environmental services sector.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and logistics software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with waste management regulations and environmental compliance.
  • Experience with route optimization software or fleet tracking systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
