Job Description

  1. provides technical support regarding a spectrum of software used within business sector
  2. responsible for database management
  3. responsible on the programing end of an application

  9. Foresight, anticipate and address potential issues before they become issues
  10. Work with Cross-Functional Teams .
  11. Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
  12. Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software .

  14. Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  15. AMP field operation and troubleshooting remotely and onsite 24 X 7
