Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Supervisor with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to oversee and manage rigging operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of equipment and materials during rigging operations, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high safety standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities on-site, including the handling, lifting, and positioning of equipment and materials. Ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage the rigging crew, including riggers, crane operators, and other support personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs at its best and adheres to safety protocols.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure all rigging activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
