Job Description

Position Overview:As the Hostess / supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will ensure smooth seating arrangements, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
  • Asking guests for feedback on their experience, and taking steps to address any issues that arise.
  • Anticipating guests needs and responding proactively to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Giving guests menus and addressing any preliminary questions they may have.
Key Responsibilities:?
  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and ensure a pleasant first impression.
  • Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and handle guest inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize table utilization while ensuring guest comfort.
  • Provide accurate information about the menu, special offers, and restaurant services.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
