Job Description

SR.ENGINEER (Heavy Earth Moving Equipment)Duties & ResponsibilitiesOrganize, monitor and execute routine and preventive maintenance of vehicles/equipment, their monthly inspection and attending to the points and necessary documentation to be followed. Forecast premature failures and arrange for repairs on time.Advise and decide priorities for workshop repairsInitiation of requisitions for spares for repairs, routine preventive maintenance, and stock for Vehicle/ equipmentEnsure that all vehicles/ equipment meet the technical, safety specifications of clients and arrange third party inspectionLocal administration, support and welfare of all personnel reporting to him.Plan and execution of work on holiday/night to ensure availability of resources like men, vehicle/ equipment to users for workTraining of personnel including national technicians during induction, and on job training wherever required.Effective implementation of procedures and Quality system, Ensure ERP compliance and should be able to analyze failures in time.Monitor and exercise controls on the fuel, tyre and costly items consumption against each Vehicle/ Equipment.Should be a Result oriented extrovert person, with positive attitude and good discipline.GENERAL INFORMATION REQUIREDPlease send all documents in following sequence of attachment.
