Job Description

PROJECT EXPEDITOR /PLANNING REQUIRED IN OMANJob Details1 Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of switchgear panels and accessories to client sites.2 Preparation & Submission- Weekly/ Monthly Project Progress report & Manufacturing Progress report3 Monitor production and dispatch schedules for each project order (including key milestones like FAT, inspection, and packing).4 Expedite with Supply Chain Team for required material and ensure timely inward material to meet panel manufacturing/ testing deadlines.5 Regularly update and communicate delivery schedules to client/EPC project teams.6 Raise early warnings or delay notices to project management for any deviations.7 Coordination with all stake holders for Final Contractual Delivery. 8 Track and maintain document submission schedules as per client’s documentation matrix.9 Manage all project-specific documents FAT reports/ MRB, and delivery dockets.10 Coordinate with all stake holders for Documents Submission & upload in client web portal & submit to Client.Qualifications & Skills Required:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or relevant technical field.5–7 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or project supply environment.Familiarity with LV/MV switchgear manufacturing processes and documentation.Hands-on experience with project expediting tools and documentation platforms (MS Excel, ERP systems, Web Portal).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and tracking ability.Good written and verbal communication in English.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under strict timelines.1 Experience working with Major Switchgear Manufacturer/ Major EPC contractors or clients in the Oil & Gas sector.2 Experience on Document Controlling/ Project Management/ Project Expeditor of Project Expeditor/ PlanningPreferred Experience:Experience working with Major Switchgear Manufacturer/ Major EPC contractors or clients in the Oil & Gas sector.Can share CV by WhatsApp too -0091 9811645433 Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
