Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee the companys import operations and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to clients. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth stock movement from import to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:Imports Management:

• Plan and manage the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely shipment arrivals.
• Handle import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and address any delays or issues promptly.

• Oversee the scheduling and execution of client deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and optimize storage.
• Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams for efficient delivery planning.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock movement, including delivery notes and invoices.

• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Optimize shipping and delivery costs through vendor negotiations and route planning.
• Monitor transportation performance and resolve any logistics issues.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and stock movements.
• Generate reports on import and delivery performance for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and finance for smooth operations.
