Picture Archiving and Communication Admin should be able to perform the following:

managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PACS systems.
develop a strategies and plans to provide technical support.
support multiple systems as per clients need ( Voyer, GE, Philips, Fuji, Paxera, etc)
manage and maintain IT infra structure servers, storage, and communication,
train end-users clients and radiologists on the use of the pacs system.
keep a log tracker of all technical support issues and provide analysis on monthly basis.
maintain and follow up connection status with the clients and coordinates with third party machine engineers to make sure the connection of modalities configured timely.
