? Install equipment in a high-quality, professional manner with strong attention to detail by company standards and compliance standards,? Perform preventative maintenance by company standards, compliance standards, and customer requirements.? Make service repair calls promptly and repair the equipment by company standards, directives.? Advise management when response time objectives cannot be met? The Service Engineer retains ownership of the problem until it is resolved.? Keep management and team fully aware of all developments.? Report regularly to management by reporting guidelines/procedures.? Complete other assignments and projects as directed.? Follow the alert procedure for the system to go down.? Attend technical and general skills development training courses as directed and keep abreast of developments/technical product information.?
