WELDER - FIELD PTM (Henderson, KY)WELDER - FIELD Immediate Openings Pittsburg Tank & Tower Group is searching for Welders to work in our Pittsburg Tank & Tower Maintenance Division.. We need skilled welders who are able to travel to worksites across the country for 4-5 weeks at a time. Pittsburg Tank and Tower Group is looking for a long-term employee who would enjoy adventurous and rewarding work. Job Duties: * Operate and maintain the machines that fabricate and repair metal structures at tank construction sites * Operate equipment on elevated structures * Welder will typically work as part of a field crew. Welder must be able to work cooperatively and effectively with field supervisors and other crew members * The above list of duties is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Qualifications: * Knowledge of welding criteria per QA and passing our skills test * Operating grinders and torches * Dependable * Good time-management skills * Must be able to travel * Have a TWIC card or able to apply for one * Must follow safety rules, regulations, and safe job procedures * Must be able to travel * Have a valid driver license and clear driving record to drive company equipment * Must have reliable transportation * Must follow safety rules, regulations, and safe job procedures * Must be able to assist in other areas on job site as needed and follow all quality procedures FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Work hours: Varies Salary: Negotiable based on experience Pittsburg Tank & Tower Group is an equal opportunity employer.
